Working Principle

Using the principle of electromagnetic field induction heating, the high-frequency current is used to generate a magnetic field through the induction coil. When the bottle with the aluminum foil pad cover passes under the induction plate, the magnetic field lines generated by the induction coil pass through the aluminum foil pad, causing the aluminum foil to instantly heat up by itself, melting and compounding. The sol on the aluminum foil sticks to the mouth of the bottle to achieve the purpose of sealing.

(3) The size of the items to be sealed only needs to adjust the current and voltage to effectively control the sealing time and speed; it is suitable for aluminum foil sealing of all kinds of round bottles and flat bottle caps. The aluminum foil sealing yield can reach 100% on a stable basis.

(4) The condensate pipe uses advanced elbow technology and stainless steel material to prevent the water pipe from bursting; the water-cooling plate adopts a new welding process instead of soldering to make the equipment more stable; equipped with a fan cooling device to make the air more circulate and avoid the inside of the electrical box Overheating; the railing adopts nylon material to replace the previous plexiglass, which is not easy to deform when heated.
