Working Principles

Features
1. It adopts PLC and touch screen control, frequency converter and other systems. The speed can be adjusted freely within the specified range, and the operation is convenient and stable.

Feeding Mechanism
1. The screw feeding mechanism is composed of a feeding port, a screw feeder (a special screw rod can be selected for special materials), and a lifting mechanism. 2. The upper of the feed port can be connected with the vacuum feeder (optional), and the material level sensor on the hopper can monitor the material in real time. 3. The screw feeder can pre-press and exhaust material to a certain extent. The screw feeder is equipped with a mixing rod for scraping off the material accumulated on the inner wall of the hopper. The gas generated during the extrusion of the screw feeder is discharged through the upper exhaust port. 4. The purpose of the screw feeder is to transfer material and pre-press. 5. The speed of the screw feeder can be adjusted by the inverter. 6. Rotate the lifting knob during work, lift the screw feeding mechanism, higher than the feeding base, rotate 90 degrees, descend the feeding mechanism to align and contact with the feeding substrate.

Rolling Mechanism
1. The rolling mechanism consists of two mutually horizontal pressure rollers, and the lower pressure roller can move horizontally along the slider. 2. The rolling mechanism extrudes the material conveyed by the screw feeding mechanism into a sheet of a certain thickness and feeds the sheets into the secondary granulation mechanism. 3. The material feeding action between the pressure rollers is substantially affected by the surface condition of the pressure roller (the nature of different materials, the surface of the optional pressure roller has smooth, textured or straight lines). The two scrapers scrape off the hardened agglomerates on the press rolls. 4. The pressure roller is driven by the gear motor, geared, and its rotation speed can be controlled by the inverter. 5. Through the hydraulic cylinder, the hydraulic system can maintain the preset pressing pressure to ensure the continuous and consistent rolling pressure, thus maintaining the density of the material and the stability of the sheet size. 6. In order to protect the operator and the sealing process of the rolling process, a sealing protective cover is arranged outside the rolling mechanism, and a transparent plexiglass plate is arranged in front to observe the roll forming condition of the material.

Secondary granulation mechanism
1. The secondary granulation mechanism is used to form the sheet pressed by the rolling mechanism into fine particles. The first-stage granulation is subjected to coarse crushing of the pressed material pieces, and the second-stage granulation performs fine granulation on the coarse particles after the first-stage granulation. The particle size of the granules can be determined by appropriate selection of the screen. 2. The secondary granulation mechanism is located under the protective cover. After the front fixing plate is removed, the granulating knife and the sieve net can be removed for maintenance. 3. The gap between the granulating knife and the sieve net can be adjusted by the eccentric shaft. 4. Drive the granulating knife by reducer motor. The change of production capacity is achieved by the frequency converter controlling the speed of the granulating knife.
