Structure principle
1) The four doors of the machine have switches or sensors attached. When one door is open or not closed in, machine cannot be started or machine will be stopped while operation status.
2) When the overload of main motor, vacuum pump, feeder motor or the frequency converter fault machine will shut down and start alarm.
3) While "preset output" and "preset time" has been reached, the machine will shut down and start alarm. When the powder is less than minimum level, the machine will shut down and start alarm.
4) During operation status, the main motor cannot be started if the vacuum pump is not started first.
5) During running the machine should be provided with a dust collection system in order to remove the defective capsules and residual powder at segment.
