Application:
The device is used to extract the herb, flower, seed, fruit, fish etc. It can be used for food and chemical industries in normal pressure, micro-pressure, water frying, heat cycling, cycling leaking, redolent oil extract and organically solvent recycle.
There are four kinds of the extracting tanks series: the mushroom type extracting tank, the Upside-down taper type extracting tank, the vertical cylinder type extracting tank and the normal taper type.
Introduction:
We can use different essential oil extractor process for herb, flower, seed ,fruit, leaf, bone etc. like water essential oil extractor ,solvent essential oil extractor and hot steam distill essential oil extractor ,thermal reflux etc. Process can be used in this tank with other machines .this machine including CIP, unit temperature guage, explosion-proof, sight light, sight glass, manhole and pneumatic discharge gate. the design is according to GMP .
The complete equipment supplied shall include: Defoamer, condenser, cooler, oil and water separator, filter and control desk for cylinder etc.
