Magnetic stirrer is a non-contact mixing device based on magnetic coupling drive, designed for high cleanliness scenarios in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals. Its core adopts the synergistic technology of permanent magnets and electromagnetic fields, driving the stirring blade through non-contact torque transmission, completely eliminating the risk of mechanical seal wear and leakage, and ensuring zero pollution in the production process. The main material is 316L stainless steel, with a surface treated with electrolytic polishing (Ra ≤ 0.4 μ m) and PFA coating. It can withstand corrosive media with pH 1-14 and extreme temperatures ranging from -40 ° C to 200 ° C, and is suitable for vacuum (-0.1 MPa) and high pressure (≤ 5 bar) environments.
