Technical description:
Ejection process:

But fluidization is irregular and is not strictly controlled.
This is different from the base spray and tangential spray.
The liquid medium is transported to the system through the atomization system, and the nozzle is atomized into a very small droplet that is injected into the system, and the direction is opposite to the direction of the material movement.
The liquid bridge is built by the surface tension of the liquid medium, and the powder materials are bonded together to form a constant volume and eventually form a certain size particle.

Bottom spray process:
In order to control the movement of the material, an orderly flow state is formed by adding a diaphragm in the hopper and a sieve plate with different opening rates.
The spray is added to the system by the pneumatic nozzle installed in the center of the sieve plate. The nozzle is upward and the upward flow is the same as the direction of the material movement.

In bottom spray device, particle fluidization state very rules, the particles after injection liquid fog a regular time interval, coating liquid spray near the nozzle orderly movement of the surface of the particles and liquid fog spreading is very uniform, formation of garment film thickness uniformity, no pore, and not, as in top gush, poor performance caused by movement disorder garment membrane.
