System Core Functions and Processes
Inlet connection: directly connected to the outlet of the filling machine, labeling machine, etc., to ensure continuous material supply.
Dual-row diversion design: a fixed partition is set in the center to force the single-row bottle flow into two rows (double-row cartoning).
Role of side push cylinder: In front of the claw picking station, the cylinder pushes the two columns of bottles to eliminate the spacing and form a compact arrangement, which is convenient for the robot to accurately pick up.
Clamping mechanism: servo-driven screw module to realize high-precision lateral movement (positioning ±0.1mm), adapting to different cartoning position requirements. Clamping adopts parallel jaw cylinder, compatible with different bottle types.
